Wire Rope Electric Hoist Application

Wire Rope Electric Hoist is a kind of small-lifting equipment, it can be mounted on single beam overhead crane, gantry cranes, jib crane, I-beam. Electric hoist as only one normal speed which can satisfy normal application. It is widely used in factories, mines, harbours, warehouses, cargo storage area and shops, essentially in raising working efficiency and improving working conditions.

Wire Rope Electric Hoist Detail

1. Body Structure

Adopt mould stamping or bending steel plate to reduce the use of welding parts and increase the service life and quality of the structure bearing parts.

2. Motor

Hoist Motor is a taper type rotor motor with braking; it is of the best quality motors, it has bigger torque, so it can be adapted to moving frequently, the Maximum torque is 2.4-3 times than the rated torque.

3. Gear Box

Hoist Gear Box has specially treated gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft assembly is supported on ball or roller bearings, to ensure smooth, low-friction operation.

4. Wire Rope

Adopt high-strength wire rope with zinc surfacing-plating, high breaking force and good flexibility(2160N/mm²), hoisting rope comply with the exporting standards. The leading rope taken by the Drum does not slip sideways when slack. The factor of safety, on the nominal breaking strength of the rope is six.

5. Rope Drum

Grooved Drum, seamless pipe of adequate length to be wounded in one layer and to provide proper support for the rope to minimize abrasive wear is provided. Drum Shaft resolves on Ball Bearings for ensuring smooth running.

6. Electric apparatus control

Model CD1 or MD1 is composed of the contactor box, controlling switch, cut-off limiter. The working voltage of controlling switch is 380V, 36V or 24V (safety voltage).

7. Rope Guide

Use special high-strength Nylon which can effectively avoid the wear of steel wire rope and prolong the service life of steel wire rope, and with characteristics of high reliability and easy maintenance.

8. Hook

The hook block is tested to 150 % of full load before assembly. The rope sheaves are fully guarded with protective steel casting. All sheaves rotate on ball bearing. The pulley is thicken and dilated than domestic common
