Our company now already have high voltage oil transformer of 110kv, 220kv, 330kv, 500kv, 750kv and 1000kv. We just introduced international advanced technology and manufacture facilities, and with our local urban and urban grid situation, develop and fabricate power transformer.


Workmanship and structure features:

1.Design: do accurate analysis and calculation by computer for electric field, magnetic field, temperature field and shock field, then to confirm structure and parameters accordingly.  Making distribution of field strength and shock be smooth and guarantee transformer to work well. 

2.Coil: high voltage coil is fabricated by strip pressing and fasten equipment, which will improve cross capacitance distribution in the coil under shock voltage situation. All coil are oil guiding cycling structure, which can lower temperature of winding that will extend service life by 30 years. Hard support inside coil and double swallow tail pad strip, and up and down insulation is with wholly flat pressing plate, which makes high mechanic strength, high capability of anti sudden short circuit. To guarantee reduce partial discharge, we process internal insulation piece and body insulation piece by round corner removing rough selvedge.

3.Transformer body: wholly assembly and constant pressure drying to keep coil shrink smoothly and reduce bouncing, which effectively improve electrical strength and ability of anti short circuit of transformer.

4.Iron core: used with high permeability quality orientation cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, non hole colligation and frame structure. D shape iron yoke structure supply large area platform for coil, ladder level multistage seams and German imported Brendon DE jonge shear line, which will guarantee iron core burr to be less than 20µm, reduce unload loss and lower unload electric current and noise level. 

5.Oil tank: it has two kinds by bell-jar type and barrel type. Corrugated tank wall bended wholly. All sealing is limit seal. Removing rough selvedge of metal pieces inside tank, weld joint and sealing are inspected by three times (leakage test by fluorescence, positive pressure and negative pressure). Painted as per operation standard of household electrical appliances anti rust.
