5.Product Performance

5.1 Standard Testing Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, tests should be done within one month of delivery under the following

conditions:

* Initial batteries: less than 5 cycles

* Relative humidity: 45~85% RH

* Ambient Temperature: 20±5?

* Notes on standard charge / discharge condition

5.2 Measuring Instrument

5.2.1 Dimension Measuring Instrument

The dimension measurement shall be implemented by instruments with equal or more precision scale

of 0.01mm.

5.2.2 Voltmeter

Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class having inner impedance more

than 10kO/V.

5.2.3 Ammeter

Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class. Total external resistance

including ammeter and wire is less than 0.01O.

5.2.4 Internal Impedance Meter

Impedance shall be measured by a sinusoidal alternating current method (AC 1kHz LCR meter).

5.3 Standard Charge and Discharge

5.3.1 Standard Charge:

Lithium ion battery charging method: Constant Current / Constant Voltage (CC/CV)

Standard charge current: 0.5C5A =1700mA

Max. Charge voltage: 16.80V

Use 0.5C5A constant current to charge batteries, convert to use 16.80V constant voltage to charge

when the batteries voltage achieves 16.80V at 20 ±5?. Cut off charging when the charging current
