Shaft Spockets


1.Material: 

Q235A 15Cr C45 35CrMo 304 316 etc.

 

2.Surface Treatment:

Quenching treatment , Drawing temper ,Blackening ,Zinc-plated ,Carburizing treatment  etc.

 

3.Application: 

Sprocket: with embedded tooth buckle sprocket wheels, to link with section or cable on the pitch accurate block engages a solid or with the spokes of the gear, with (roller) chain mesh to pass motion.

 

4. Processing equipment: 

Hobbing machine, slotting machine , CNC lathes and other equipment.

 

5.Sprocket models: 

Contains non-standard sprocket (custom) according to customer's drawings, standard sprocket (American standard and metric).

 

6.Package: 

Wooden Case/Container and pallet, or made-to-order.


7.Introduction 

Sprockets have various designs, each with the maximum efficiency required by its originator. Sprockets are usually without flanges. A number of sprockets used with the timing belt have flanges to keep the belt centered. Sprockets and chains are also used for power transmission from one shaft to another, in which slippage is not allowed and sprocket chains are used instead of belts or ropes and sprockets instead of pulleys. They can run at high speeds, and some forms of chains are constructed to be silent even at high speeds.
