Q1: What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 1*20GP container in total and each item order qty no less than 5. But for 40HQ container, 8 different models are allowed to mix.

 

Q2: What is the warranty policy?

A: We offer 3 years warranty on our products, while the warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications and unreasonable conditions or abusive use. 

 

Q3: What’s your payment term? 

A: Our payment term is 30% deposit in advance and the balance 70% upon copy of B/L after container loading.

 

Q4: Could I take some samples from you? How about the sample charges? 
A: Yes, samples are available. The sample cost is double of the unit price. But we will refund the extra sampling cost once you place the container base order.
