Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant


Stabilized soil mixing plant type WCB200-800, is a professional mixing equipment, adopting advanced technology

domestic and abroad, meeting with the demand of the production of base materials for high-grade road, city roads,

airport, wharf, playing field and so on. It takes calcium Oxide, slaked lime (water content within 10-15%), soil, sand,

fly ash, cement and so on as raw materials, and produces base materials like cement stabilized gravel, lime

stabilized base material, crushable concrete, and etc.. These base materials are of accuracy ratio, and uniforming

mixture, meeting with the requirements engineering construction.


The equipment is, with excellent performance, advanced technology, reasonable structure, reliable quality,

convenient application, easy maintenance, and high production rate, is ideal mixing equipment for base material.


Main compositive systems


Cold Material Feeder System: cold material silo, belt scale, and belt conveyor


Powder Material Feeder System: cement silo, screw conveyor, and screw electronic scale


Mixing System: motor reducer, mixing arm and mixing block, and continuous double horizontal shaft mixer


Automatic water supply system: water tank, centrifugal water pump, waterflow regulator, flusher and pipe line


Finished Materials Conveying and Storing System: Belt conveyor, double unloading door storage silo


Airflow Line System: air compressor, pipe line


Electrical Control System: work platform, control cabinet, and operating room


Computer Control System:TaiwanAdvantech IPC, frequency control, PLC control, in two ways manual and fully

automatic
It’s equipped with bulk cement silo, including screw conveyor. If sacked cement silo needed, we can allocate

according to customers’ requirements.
