304/316 Stainless Steel Valve Body Impeller Precision Castings

Stainless steel castings is the generic term of steel castings made of stainless steel materials, which is mainly used under various conditions of medium corrosion, especially for industrial pump and valve parts, and different products in other fields. Stainless steel castings may be used for processing and manufacturing of 2205, 2507, ASTM A890 1A (CD4MCu), 2A (CE8MN), 3A (CD6MN), 4A(CD3MN), 5A, (CE3MN), 6A(CD3MWCuN), 1B(CD4MCuN), and other types of duplex stainless steel castings within single weight below 15 tons. Test requirements: MT, PT, UT, RT, SCRAT, MSS SP-55, ONH gas analysis, inclusion analysis, corrosion resistance test, ferrite/austenite ratio analysis, casting tolerance CT9.
