Product Detail

The material of the hydraulic cylinder rod usually is 45 # steel, which is quenched and tempered, after turning and grinding the surface, the chrome plating is 0.03 ~ 0.05 mm thick.

The piston rod is a connecting part which supports the work of the piston, most of which is used in the executive component of the oil cylinder and air cylinder, which is a moving part with high frequency and high technical requirements. Taking the hydraulic oil cylinder as an example, it consists of cylinder, piston rod (cylinder rod), piston and end cover.
