Video Card Operating Instructions
1. When open the video card, it will automatically play the video, once closed, it will stop.
2. Read date and upload video via USB cable.
3. The video files should be stored to the video folder and name 01.02.03...
4. When using the card, it cannot be blended, patted and dropped.

FAQ
1. How can I design my digital card?
We have different templates for artwork, client just need to let us know the specifications, we will send you the layout/ cutter line for design reference. Normally we have A5 and A4 design for template.
2. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes, sample can be prepared within 3 days, then mass production after the sample is approved.
3. what kind of paper can be printed on?
Normally we use 350g double coated art paper, for inner pages we use 200g art paper, which also depends on client products needs. We have matt or glossy lamination, UV spot on Logo...etc.
4. How can I offer you the videos and which format?
Normally we accept all the video format files, we could convert it by ourselves, just send us the link for downloading the videos, we make upload the video into the video cards.
