Autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) products, are lightweight, precast building material that provides insulation, and fire and mold resistance. AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor and roof panels.

Advantages of AAC

Light weight

The oven dry volume-weight of AAC is 400-650Kg/m2, just 1/3 of clay brick, and 1/4 of common concrete. So it can effectively reduce the weight of building, cut down the investment of foundation and structure, and save labor intensity of construction. 

Insulation

Autoclaved aerated concrete products can meet stringent national thermal insulation requirements without auxiliary insulation materials. 4-5cm of aerated concrete products can reach a brick wall heat preservation effect, use 7-8cm can reach one and a half brick wall thermal insulation effect. Therefore, the aerated concrete products are both a structural material and also a thermal material. 

Fireproof performance

Aerated concrete product itself is non-combustible inorganic material. Experiment shows that the aerated concrete is the ideal fireproofing material, 10cm thick wall can resist fire up to four hours. Therefore, aerated concrete is widely used as firewall.

Excellent Soundproof performance

According to the wall thickness and the surface treatment in different ways, aerated concrete wall can eliminate 30-60DB noise. Due to porousness of AAC (there are so many small holes in it), it is also a good sound-absorbing material. 

Green environment protection

Aerated concrete materials are rich in natural earth material storage. The production, process of transportation and usage will not produce any pollution. Energy consumption of production and usage are very low, while in use it will not have any harm to human body (the difference to those with radioactive and chemical hazards of building materials), so it is an excellent green building material.

Fly ash or sand, lime, gypsum, cement, water, aluminum powder or paste of aluminum powder.
