Notice:

If you feel micronized powders on the surface, this is not a quality problem but a normal phenomenon generated in the productive process. You can use damp cloth and lightly rub away.

Once stains on the mat surface, wash it by water and use sandpaper gently grinding the surface until removed. Then let the mat air dry.

In order to avoid any curling or cracking problems, put the mat in a well-ventilated place to air dry and do not expose it directly under sunlight for a long time.

Absorption power depends on the temperature and humidity to some extent. To keep high absorbency, you can use sand paper to rub it after long-time use.


FAQ

Q: Is it washable?

A: You can sand it to restore water absorbency as it gets clogged with dirt and minerals from the water. However you would want to avoid oils as it can not be removed.
