EcoTec oil-free transducer can be used in compressor air station,like arranged after air compressor(1).Compressed air discharged from air compressor is pre-heated though air/air heat exchanger,then go into oil-free transducer (3)with particulate material.Electric heating device used for maintaining the required temperature of the transducer purifying compressed air..When air pass through transducer,the hydrocarbon is oxidated by special catalytic reaction.Purified compressed air through the air/air heat exchanger(2),the temperature is reduced.After the Eco Tec oil-free transducer,the quality of compressed air(5)is far exceeds the primary standard ISO8573-1,and oil/hydrocarbon content=0.01mg/m3.The hydrocarbons in condensate(6) <2mg/l after the dryer.
