Air release valve introduction

The dissolved air flotation water purification method is to dissolve the  pressurized dissolved water produced by the dissolving gas system, and release from the release, resulting in a large number of fine bubbles leading into the water which will be treated. Quickly separating the solid and liquid and concentration degree of the dross by the buoyancy of the bubble on the solid impurity. Therefore, it is considered to be a major breakthrough in water treatment technology.The dissolving gas release is a key device in the dissolved air flotation water purification system. The  pressurized dissolved water can only release a large number of fine bubbles after the energy dissipation by the device. the performance of the release device is good or bad, involving the micro degree of the bubble, it directly affects the effect of the air flotation water purification.

Production process and Technical Data

The TJ type release is improved based on the TS type. it is not easy to plug in the back flushing. There is a reed inside. When working normally, the reed is in the working position. If the release is blocked by impurity in the water, the gate after the water emitter can be opened to make the water emitter work. At this point, the negative pressure will be generated in the vacuum tube, and the reed will be pulled up. Therefore, the channel of the water flow is increased, and the impurity is discharged and the gate is closed. That is, the reed can be reset and the normal work will be performed.
