A. Introduction
NJP capsule holder for filling is suitable for filling the pharmaceutical capsules of powdery and granular drugs. This capsule filling machine adopts multi-bore dosing, intermittent motion and frequency conversion. It can automatically completely capsule feeding, separating, filling, (waste capsule rejecting), capsule closing, finished product discharging and die cleaning. It is of good quality of pharmaceutical capsule filling machine.

B. Main Features
This capsule manufacturing machine has been improved the inner design turret, and imports linear bearing from Japan directly, so that it can make sure a longer usage-life and precision of machine.
The working station cam runs under the good lubricating condition, increase the pressure spray pump, maintain the lubrication of cam slot, reduce wear, longer the service life of spare parts.
It adopt computer controller, has frequency conversion, digital display makes an easy operation and clear appearance.
The multi-bore dosing, which ensure the high precision dosage (it is controlled around ±3.5%); if user use good capsule, the capsule qualified rate can achieve =99%). The machine is suitable for Chinese traditional medicine and the Western medicine.
This capsule loading machine is equipped with safely protection device and automatic shutdown against the lack of materials. It runs steady and reliable; it is the best choice for the hard capsule filling.
