Automatic v groove cutting machine for rigid box making
Feature:
Automatic grooving machine is used for cutting V groove into cardboard,chipboard,rigid board,corrugated board,paperboardMDF ,etc.
It has high notching accuracy, dustless, little noise, highly effective, energy conservation, environmental protection. Help you to solve the package grooving problem.
Application:
Widly used in gift box,phone box,shoe box,chocolate box,jewellery box,cosmetic box,tea box ,wine box,sweet box, candle box ,rigid box ,etc
Performance:
1. Automatic feeding, PLC control system for showing the grooving blade and belt position.
2. The automatic aligning device is equiped with wear-resistant rubber wheels to ensure the stability of edge correction,and also improve the accuracy and security greatly,easy to operate.
3. The grooving accuracy is 0.05-0.01mm .
4. To use the pressure gauge for testing when you install the blade, and enhance the speed of adjusting the blade.
5. All girders can be move out before to replace the blade holder or blade,and keep the surface of drum smooth without any scratch .
6. Automatic receiving part for collectting the final board.
7. Automatic groove waste delivery out of the machine,save labor,improve output.
