It has better dispersion than the traditional push type agitator, but slightly inferior to the rotor structure of the mixer. BD has a strong effect on the return cycle, even if it is the viscosity of the 15000cPs. When dealing with high viscosity products, it can make the mixer reverse rotation, forming the fluid circulation to eliminate dead ends. The rotor and the guide tube are designed with a special fluid geometry, which can focus on the fluid flow in the draft tube and shoot at high speed, and achieve a very low energy consumption. Due to the characteristics of the fluid flow, the BD can be installed in any position of the tank.
