Beer machines injection molding machine

Injection molding machine (injector or injection molding machine for short) is a thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic mould plastic products mainly made into various shapes forming equipment.

Injection molding is achieved by injection molding machines and molds.

Injection moulding machines type: vertical, horizontal, all-electric, but whatever kind of injection molding machine, which has two basic functions:

(1) heating of plastics, to reach the molten;

(2) the pressure imposed on the molten plastic, so that it shoots out and fill the mold cavity.

Usually consists of an injection system of injection molding machine, clamping system, hydraulic transmission braking system, electrical control systems, lubrication systems, heating and cooling systems, security surveillance system, etc.
