Conveyor Roller Components Details:

Characters:

1. There are two baffle rollers on both sides. And the baffle roller and common roller are designed on the same line, which is effective to rectify deviation of reversible motion conveyor belt.

2. There are two gyrations centers, and connected with connecting rods in the frame. When rubber belt runs to one side, roller at this side will rectify a deviation quickly. Meanwhile, roller at another side also rectifies. This design reduces gyration radius, enlarges gyration angle. Thus, it makes the rectifying forcing stronger and make the alignment faster, more sensitive and more effective.

3. Gyration center and the roller frame are sealed in order to prevent water and dust. Therefore, it is convenient for water washing.
