The ready-mixed concrete mixing plant is composed of mixer, materials weighting system, material conveyor system, material storage system, control system and other subsidiary facilities.

It is a belt type, it is often used for higher than 60m3 per hour output production.

The host of the concrete batching plant uses forced double-horizontal shafts and can produce many kinds of high-quality concrete, such as dry hard concrete and plastic concrete and others.

Accumulative or separate metering methods can be used to measure aggregate through an electronic weighing apparatus. The machine may use either an elevator or belt conveyor to load the aggregate.

A weighing hopper is used to weigh cement, water and additives, to ensure that the measurement is accurate.
