The device has the following characteristics: 1: inspiratory capacity and low power consumption. 2: each slot both inspiration, suction and flotation flotation circuit, without any auxiliary equipment, standard configuration for the process of change. 3: tank slurry for the next cycle and coarse-grained minerals suspended recovery. 4: with pulp side of the hand control, automation and electrical control devices, easy to regulate. 5: impeller composed of closed-type double-truncated cone, can produce strong pulp down cycle.

Flotation machine is short for floating concentrator, is used in flotation process machinery and equipment. In the flotation machine, after joining the chemical treatment of the pulp by churning air, makes some of these mineral particles selectively attached to the bubbles on top of floating to the surface is scraped of pulp out of foam products and the rest retained in the pulp in order to achieve the objective of separating minerals.
