Introduction

FR-MCA500H using PA6 resin as carrier, content of MCA is above 40%, Advantages: good compatibility with PA6 and PA66 resin, good dispersity, good flame resistance. Environmental protection without halogen, low dosage, no mold corrosion, high effective, low smoke, high cost performance. Flame retardant can reach the level UL94V0.

Note

1.FR-MCA500H is suitable for various processing temperature of black nylon 6 and nylon 66, non-discolouring, excellent mechanical properties. Don't catch fire with CTI 600?, glowing filament 750?.

2.Suggest adding raw material nylon and drying at 120 ? to 4-6 hours; processing temperature is 230-250?.
