Kraft Paper Epoxy Impregnation Line Introduction
CCL core layer impregnation line is widely used for making raw material of fr1/fr4, fiber glass, diamond strip, example kraft paper.
1. Phenolic resin substrate and phenolic paper CCL use phenolic resin impregnated insulating paper or cotton fiber board. Two sides with alkali glass cloth to make phenolic resin laminate.
Advantage: low price
2. Epoxy resin substrate and epoxy fiberglass ccl paper or E-glass fabric heat press with epoxy resin impregnation to make epoxy base plate.
Advantage: good electricity function and mechanical property.
