Little smoke chamber adopts wet back structure, high temperature flue gas is surrounded by water space,eliminating the boiler tube plate crack phenomenon due to thermal fatigue.

The smoke pipe using thread tube and light composite structures, The higher temperature smoke second return using thread tube,the lower temperature smoke third return using light tube, in order to achieve enhancing heat transferring and keeping the flue gas resistance in a suitable range.

Boiler tube plate and pipe adopts all position automatic welding argon arc welding, ensuring welding quality.

With a spacious hot area and large enough space for water and steam space, guaranteeing the stability of the boiler parameters.

Boiler adopts high heat resistance materials and enclosed metal casing as thermal barrier, heat preservation performance is good.

The front smoke box adopts high aluminium high temperature coating, protecting the thermal insulation material from been taken away by the flue gas.

Equipped with exported burner, with a high combustion efficiency, as well as ignition control process and over-pressure flame-out protectionfunction.

Boiler feed water implements automatic control, with multi-stage alarm protection function, realizing intelligent control.
