BJ-400P paper plate making machine is designed according to the market requirement . with the function of full automatic sucking paper,feeding paper,sealing,forming ,and temperature control , automatic accounting and so on .it is a ideal equipment to produce kinds of paper plate .


BJ-400P has combined with pneumatic and mechanism together renewedly,compare with the traditional plate machine , it has much higher speed ,more performance steadily, and much safer to operation .it adopts more efficiency cylinder ,the largest air press can reach 5t.through mould changing , it can produce different shapes and sizes dish&plate.


Standard BJ-400P Paper plate machine has two working stations, each station install one set of mold and each station has separately PLC digital control and electric control.
It is widely applied to make paper plate (or aluminum foil laminated paper plate) in round (rectangle, square, circular, or irregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thickness and the plate size.
