Our cnc high speed machine tool spindle speed above 30000 r/min, quick response servo control is adopted in the system, in order to meet the complex cavity of high speed machining requirements, used in high speed cutting numerical control device must have a high operation speed and precision. Our process:

	When we received RFQ from customer, we will submit the information and RFQ details (3D & 2D, material, quantity, surface finish request, process etc.. information submit to our project team leader, he or she will according to the spec. to provide the best prices. Usually in-house service(such as machining part, prototypes machining,turning parts, sheet metal, stamping parts, injection mould and production can be submit the price to your within 24 Hours, for the related outsourcing service, we will be able submit the cost within 36 Hours If you can share the more information details with us, then it will be great helpful on quality testing and low budget price for you have a good reference! Lastly, we will must be respect to end user’s final decisions and comments!
When customer approved our quotation and make a order and 50% pre-payment to JinXin, then we will start to process official order inner,our project manager will according to the order details to arrange proper process, if there have any doubt regards to clients’s spec, then we will raise problem and discussion with customer immediately,after everything confirm ok, the we will arrange purchase raw material within half day,then following the process to move it. Each surface start or finished machining, need to do self checking careful check the dimension and threads and surface looking between 2D &3d to see if both are match or not. After full machining finished, then we need to do QC check first,only checked ok parts can go to next station or send out side for process the surface finish
	The next station is after finish department, when the parts withdraw from milling machine,its have tool marks,sharp angles or burrs leave on the parts, so we need to remove the sharp edge and burrs,and do the polishing on parts. According to various customer's specification, we had summarized general surface finish as below: ENP process, Ra. Surface request, anodizing, hot painting,laser cutting, coat powder, ENP, brush finishing,grinding finishing etc…
In our QC department, we are use two-D projector and three-D calipers to do inspection. IQC also check the quality per each process, the checking result will reports to customer and make records to help easily tracking in future’s complaint if there have any.
	Package: Since most of our parts is ship to foreign country, so its safe and low cost package is requested. We usually clean parts in alcohol,and then rapping on parts singly, it’s in order to prevent parts get dusty or scratch on its, for steel parts we need spray a layer of thinner grease to prevent rusting, and then use a thicker sponge to rapping each parts and paste tape on it,remark the part name and quantity, lastly put into thicker new carton box,and fill in some sponge or crafts,to avoid deformation or scratch happens during the transit. our goal is fastly and safty arrive at customer's store!
