1.Gantry structure and three-axis linkage ensure the machine stably running and high-precision positioning.
2.For welding bed base whole heat treated, after the removal of internal stress the machine own good rigidity, durability and hardly deformation.
3.The gantry beam, pillar and worktable are integral casting and heat treated.
The grinding T-slot on worktable is finishing and layout reasonable to facilitate clamping work-piece.
4.Adopt professional drilling, milling and engraving system and with Type3 software or other supporting G-code and equipped with LCD switching in English and other language operation interface. For equipped with digital high-speed hand wheel, the operation is more convenient and quick. With preview and review function, the machine can achieve working without dead zone processing.
5.Spindle of power head adopts high speed and high precision spindle, to realize steeples speed control as required by synchronous belt driving.
6.All three axis adopt high quality servo motor and precise ball screw to drive.
7.Water-cooled and equipped with cooling liquid supply, recovery and recycle system.
8.Equipped with automatic lubricating device to reduce each motion vice friction and maintain the machine conveniently.
