All knives we used in XFM Series is YG8 cemented carbide, which make up rotors and stators to cutting and rubbing rubber, thereby to produce rubber powder. 

Our rotors and stators have a high setprecision, and the material outlet aperture is located between the rotors and the stators. It can be adjusted to the size of aperture you need to gain different size of powder. The powder is well-proportioned, steady and smooth. 

Both of the rotors and the stators have cooling water pipes, so the heating problem of the rotors and the stators can be solved completely, so the machine could work continuously and efficiently, at the same time, the machine also can keep the material's chemical property. 

Excepting host machine, accessories of XFM Series have loading head, draft fan, dust collector and connecting pipes. These accessories aim to collect dust during work and easy to collect powder. Besides, there is also an adjustable auto-feeder machine to control the feeding quantity and being continuously.

Application

The XFM Series applies to grinding tire rubber, sole rubber and any other waste rubber. The biggest difference between XFM and other series is, XFM Series use water cooling in normal temperature and pressure, and grinding rubber from 5-10mesh to the size you need once only.
