Description: Amide of Methyl MEA and Coconut Oil.


Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) is viscosity increasing agent and foam booster for shampoos, hair dyes and colors, bubble baths, and laundry detergent.


Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) feels mild, its biodegradation is good, environment friendly.


Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) has good characters such as non-toxic, non-irritation, effective thickening, foam stabling, easily washable etc.


Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) is compatible with many other kinds of surfactants, it is a superior substitution of Coconut Diethanol Amide (6501).


Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) is suitable to produce detergents and hygiene products such as body washing liquid, dish washing liquid, laundry cleaning liquid etc.


Recommended dosage: 0.5-3.0%.


Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) has advantages than traditional 6501:

1.Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) doesn’t contain diethanol amide and nitrosamine which is limited by European Union.

2.Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) is always fluid liquid above zero degree centigrade, it doesn’t become muddy, doesn’t freeze, can dissolve in surfactant system without heating, easier to handle.

3.Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) shows superior thickening performance in SLES/AOS/alcohol ether system, SLES/sulfonic acid/alcohol ether system, and all other liquid product system which contain alcohol ether.

4.Cocamide Methyl MEA (CMMEA) has better performance of thickening, foaming and form stabilizing, its viscosity is stable in high or low temperature, doesn’t become jelly in low temperature, the viscosity is also stable in different pH value condition.
