System Description

The XUNDA pipe protection tape is a cold applied tape (is also called mechanical protection tape ) used for the corrosion protection and mechanical protection of oil ,gas ,and water underground or overhead steel pipeline.

Cold Applied White Corrosion Prevention Tape is a polyethylene film with a bonding butyl rubber adhesive ,the adhesive assures a complete bond and eliminates the need for tie-downs on the outerwrap.

The Mechanical Protection Tape shall be applied after the inner pipe anti-corrosion tape by hand or with a pipe wrapping machine.

Product Composition

The composition of the pipe wrap tape - protection tape consists of two layers, butyl rubber adhesive layer and film backing.
