A Commercial Griddle is a fantastic choice for the professional kitchen. Highly versatile, you can cook a huge variety of foods on one of these appliances, from eggs and bacon for a busy breakfast service, to vegetables, burgers or fish for lunch or dinner. Whether you’re looking for a countertop griddle with cast iron plates or a freestanding gas griddle, there’s plenty to choose from Gainco.
The Griddle plate can choose all flat, all grooved, half flat & half grooved or chrome surface and it comes with a cabinet. It is constructed from steel material with S/S heating system, to ensure a stable performance through the whole working hours.
Side and rear splashback with a removable grease trough for easy cleaning.
