Principle of V process

V process is namely called “Vacuum process casting machine”. It is a new type casting technology which adopts dry sand (no water, no binder, no tagger). It’s automatic by an electric control system, the process is showed as followed:

1.Heat the EVA film, make sure it can cover on surface of mold.

2.Spray a coating on the surface in a certain density(can improve the drying rate by heating)

3.Put on the empty flask

4.Sand-up the flask and vibrate to compaction,then cover a thinner film on the sand

5.Take air out of the sand flask,and he film will tightly attached on the inner and outer surface of flask. Then rise up the flask from the mold and move the flask to one place , waiting for another half flask.

6.Assemble two parts flask together and keep the vacuum condition

7.Pour the melted material in
