Application Scope:

Crude oil vacuum flash point instrument developed by KAIXUAN VACUUM is applied at the offshore platform or FSO floating storage and offloading unit. It could degas crude oil under vacuum and separate light component from crude oil. After processed, crude oil could be supplied to power source on the offshore platform or FSO, e.g. generator sets, oil burners, etc. at safety standard.

Since 1992 - KAIXUAN VACUUM has been committed to develop vacuum oil treatment process and configuration.

In 2010 - KAIXUAN VACUUM is entrusted by CNOOC Shenzhen branch to study and develop FPI plant used in offshore. Through the effort more than 1 year, the first FPI plant is developed and run successfully.

From now on - KAIXUAN VACUUM has supplied more than 10 sets of FPI from 3.5m³/h to 7.5 m³/h, etc.

It has been applied for one utility model patent and one invention patent.

FPI plant produced by KAIXUAN VACUUM is the world's first ever unit in similar line. KAIXUAN VACUUM starts to draft relative industrial standard and specification. After innovating and improving continually, the practicality, safety, reliability is approved by CNOOC.
