* Optical fiber laser source was optimized by using high-end equipment,Professional optical path design,Cut surface smooth smooth, without burr, matching characteristic polishing post-treatment processing,Make the stencil demoulding performance good;
* Openings are inverted cone, better for solder paste release, easy to clean, fast printing, for in an ideal switch and location accurate, clear coating bonding pad position;
* Use authentic professional software LPKF CircuitCAM processing data, hole size, shape, arbitrary scaling, can be customized to meet the original component manufacturer or manufacturing environment requires opening data;
* Cutting steel piece of painting is 600 mm * 600 mm, the clamping sheet steel size 850 mm * 750 mm, size of the steel mesh can be made, suitable for all kinds of printing;
* Range of cutting thickness: 0.03 mm - 0.03 mm, thick material stencil can also processing, also suitable for other precision sheet metal parts manufacturing;
