1.Lpg gas cylinder manufacturing machine Introduction

QG series lpg gas cylinder manufacturing machine is suitable for blast clean inner/outer surfaces of steel pipes ,remove the scales and weld dregs ,make it show metal color , increase its ratio surface area ,and improve the anti-fatigue force and anti-rust capacity of surface,improve the inherent quality of surface and prolong the lifetime of steel tube And cylinder.

2.Lpg gas cylinder manufacturing machine feature

A. All blast wheels are tested without load and fully loaded in factory for 60 minutes.

B. Pneumatic control valve,which can avoid flying abrasive hurting people.

C. Long life protective liner in blast cabinet, which can serve at least 13000 hours. Material is ZGMn13, 10mm thickness. And it is easy to replace when it is worn out.

D. Many safety interlock in whole system to keep safe operation.

E. PLC control systerm , can achieve automatic operation.

F. High efficiency cartridge dust collector, 99.5% remove dust
