A hydraulic operated butt fusion machine suitable for PE/PP/PVDF pipes and fittings from 800mm to 1000mm OD. Efficient design and construction provides a premium machine for welding both on the worksite and in the factory. Be made of high quality Aluminium, lightweight,simple structure and easy operation.Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature control system and electric facer.Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipe.Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily.Separate two-channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases with time alarm.
