UHMWPE has ultra high molecular weight which makes it have excellent properties , UHMWPE collects almost all advantage of various plastics. it has the best impact resistance ,wear resistance ,cold resistance and low friction coefficient ,hygienic and non-toxic ,it can make self lubrication but won’t absorb water .

1.UHMW rod has better advantage than most of other plastic rod .Its surface won't absorb moisture ,it can be used to protect steam and water .It has good electric isolation ability and best wear resistance ,it can be used to cover cables or wires.UHMWPE density is not high ,just a little lower than water ,so the UHMW rod can float on water.UHMW rod can be classified to different models according to UHMWPE molecular weight ,middle and high molecular weight models has the best wear resistance ,even in very cold temperature as-2600C.The reason why it has the best property is the comprehensive result of UHMWPE density,UHMWPE molecular weight ,distribution of molecule and adjuvant .Different adjuvant is used to make special use UHMW rod ,thus it has the balanced property .

The process technologies for UHMW rod such as solid extrusion ,cutting by digital controlled lathe and milling machine .UHMW rods are widely used for making gears ,screws ,bearings ,filter screen ,valve for food industry ;for making heart valve ,man-made joint in medicine industry ;for making sled parts in civil industry ;etc …

UHMW rod is not very flexible ,has common mechanical strength ,it can be processed to UHMW tape .The UHMW tape is good packing material ,it can be used as isolated layer .The thickness as client’s order ,main color as white ,blue ,yellow ,green and black .All our UHMW rods and UHMW tapes are processed by special equipments eliminated innerstress ,all material are high quality pure UHMWPE powder ,never mixing any reclaimed material .With many years development and improvement ,it has completely avoided the problem such as deformation ,bubble and rupture .
