Usage
1.dyes:Marcozol ® CDR as discharged ground, Marcocion ® P as colour paste?Pls refer to our imformation about recommanded dyes which are stable and discharged.
2.Dyed method is CPB, padding or exahust.
3.Fixation process not only steaming but bakingis necessary. Pls prepared belowed condition:

Fixation :

1.Baking 150-160?,3min)-steaming(102?,8min)
2.Baking (170-180?,40-60S)-steaming(102?,8min)
? rayon:
1. steaming(102?,8min)-baking(150-160?,3min)
2. steaming(102?,8min)-baking(170-180?,40-60s)

HTsteaming(130?,10min or 140?,7min)

Printing – dry (140-150?,5-6min)-steaming(102?,20min)

remark:
? the products have to dried enought?
? the steaming and baking process can be adjustment according to the meterial ,advices. And the      lab testing have to do before bulk trail.
? floating color should be removed before soaping, if it's necessary ,goods cab be washed second times.
? CLEANTEX D-TN add into the paste at the end of colour paste prepareing.
