DWD series mesh belt dryer is third grade mesh belt dryer, one the basis of two grade DWT mesh belt dryer, our company according to many years practical experience and combined domestic and overseas advance technology developed DWD belt dryer. DWD mesh belt dryer remedy defect of DWT mesh belt dryer, to make dryer structure reasonable.

 

Working principle:

When operation, air will be entered into the dryer and heated through heat exchanger. Being adapted scientific and reasonable cycle method, the hot air will pas through raw materials to be dried on the bed and carry out uniform heat exchange. Under the action of cycle fan, the hot air stream inside each unit of the dryer will carry out hot air cycle. Final air with low temperature and high damp will be exhausted out. The whole drying process with stably and high effect will be finished.

 

Application

It can meet to dry different vegetables such as, root, halm, leaf, tuberous root, big granule and produce in batch. Meanwhile it can maintain content of nutrition, color, etc of vegetable in most extent.

The type raw materials are garlic, cushaw, carrot, white turnip, yam, bamboo shoot, capsicum, onion, apple, etc.
