Rubber belt filter features:

A, continuously feeding filters, filter cake washing, drain and discharge, filter cloths and other technological operations.

B, filter liquid and subparagraph the cake washing liquid can be collected, and can achieve smooth flow and countercurrent washing.

C, the overall structure of the modular design, it can be assembled, easy to transport and install.

D, DCS control systems applied technologies, onsite and remote control can be achieved.

Vacuum boxes and lifting devices:

Vacuum box sections into one whole, each section having nozzle and fluid collecting duct connected to a liquid vacuum system.

Also designed a lifting mechanism, to replace the friction zone.
