1. Description

The auto upset cold forging machine contains forging part and one oil pump total weight is around 1000KG. Only with one button start it will finished the clamping, forging and lose the rebar in one operation itself. It has a special fixed pressure watch which can fix the pressure according to different sizes of rebar diameters.

3. Working principle

First, we use the Auto Rebar Upsetting machine to forging the end of rebar, such 25mm rebar forging to M30 out diameter. Then we will use manual rebar thread cutting machine or auto rebar thread cutting machine to making thread by chasers cutting. Third, we use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.

4. Advantage of the machine and the technology

A. Shorten your operation time, only one press of the button it will upsetting the rebar ends itself no need waiting press other button to clamp or go forward and stop and backward. Saving your time.
