Ecoprint® Woven Banner Heavy is the thickest 1000D*1000D/18*18 and that’s why most durable material is used for the most important tasks. It is a flexible and soft top-quality banner material. This material has been specifically designed for digital printing on large-format inkjets and is suitable for printing with solvent inks as well as UV-cured inks. It also offers excellent thermal welding characteristics. The product is available in a matte and glossy finish. Available up to 3.2m width.

Why PP Fabric?
Every year millions of PVC banners and tarps are manufactured, and used for a period of time and then discarded, filling landfills with millions of cubic feet of toxic waste. Recycling has taken hold in virtually every other area of industrial and consumer waste, what we offer is a product that has zero environment impact, and recyclable to reuse in other industries such as car bumper (made with PP).
How do I know which size of PP woven fabric to choose?
Just provide us a common PVC or PE fabric currently in use, our team will get back to you with a suitable specification of PP based woven fabric ASAP.
Otherwise, just a rule of thumbs, our PP fabric is MAX 40% lighter than PVC, so say you are using 610GSM PVC, our equivalent PP fabric will be around 400GSM.
