Egg tray production line is a combination of several equipment and component.
Generally, egg tray production line is constituted by five large-scale systems:
Pulp Making System
The waste paper will be put into the hydrapulper and it will be smashed and mixed with water to become pulp, then the pulp come into pulp tanks after filtered by the vibration screen, we equipped the refiner to grind the pulp to get better pulp.
Egg tray molding machine
The reciprocating type paper pulp molding machine is apply to small capacity investment for producing molded pulp products, the rotary type paper pulp molding machine are the most popular machine model for big production capacity requirement, it has several advantages, like high production efficiency, good dehydration effect etc.
Egg tray Drying system
In addition, we equipped multilayers drying system, which can reduce the fuel and power energy consumption, workshop requirement etc.
Egg tray collection system
This system include the automatic palletizing machine and pneumatic compaction machine, the palletizing machine can counting the egg trays automatically,
Electric control system
The whole production line is controlled by PLC program, which can make the production process fully automatic running, and can minimize labor costs.

The specifications of the pulp molding production lines are divided due to different customer preferences, market demands, labor cost, energy cost, field availability and climate in different areas, considering this, our company developed many pulp molding production lines in different specifications to meet the customer's requirements:

HR-1000S, HR-1500S, HRZ-2000M, HRZ-3000M, HRZ-4000M, HRZ-6000M, HRD-12000M.
The above mentioned production lines are suitable for the following products: Egg tray (30-cell, 20-cell etc.), egg box/carton (6-cell, 10-cell, 12-cell, 15-cell, 18-cell etc.), fruit tray (for apple, tomato, pear and etc.), cup carrier (4 packed and 2 packed), some medical-care products and fixed shape (the design doesn't change frequently) pulp molding products with large quantity.
