2?Foam block molder selected the PLC entirely computer touching display controlling system and made out the products recurrently and full-automatically from the mould opening, mould combining to the materials filling and heating, heat preservation, vacuum cooling, mould taking off, putting up the manufactures.

3?The foam block molder mould antrum is made of special alnico main plate with good efficiency for high heat exchange, top-class anti-extension and can be use for long time.

4?The foam block molder adopts high-efficiency vacuum pump cooling equipment with good penetrability and joint, the high speed to molding, low hydrated-rate, thus to guarantee the consistency both inside and outside of the thick foam plastic plate, so the productivity increased geminated.
