Characteristic of European box-type transformer

(1)Advanced technology: It has a high mechanical strength for its skeleton welded by high quality steel channel and steel angels; it also has a excellent anticorrosion performance for its shell is made by aluminium alloy, after printing, it can be integrated with around environment.

(2)High automation level: the HV chamber, transformer chamber and LV chamber are independent respectively in box-type substation. The device in HV chamber is HV ring-network switch device which can adopt compressed-gas type, gas-producing type or vacuum-load switch. The transformer adopting natural air and auto-control forced-air cooling device is equipped with heat-extraction system auto-controlled as temperature rise which can control temperature in box and meet operation requirement. The LV chamber has the general functions of LV switch that can be selected by uses.

(3)The cost will be less 40% -50% than general substation with same scale. Prefabrication service and installation for 5~8 days, and its appearance can be integrated with around environment.
