Extendable Transport Windmill Blade Trailers


Fudeng trailer has been one of the driving forces within the transportation of windmill blades. Through the years we've made many modifications to our windmill blade trailers. Fudeng provides a specialized solution for hauling wind tower blades.

 

The windmill blade trailers were specifically designed and built to meet the demands of the growing wind energy transportation industry. The new trailers are now the longest available for transport of windmill blades.

 

Frame

Welding design or Special design I beam,   connected by bolts and nuts, Q345B carbon steel material

Frame Beam

Upper and lower plate is20mm,middle   is10mm.height is 500 mm

Frame Floor

The Thickness is 3-8 mm flat bed

Axle

Customized according to cargos

Landing Gear

JOST (D200T)or CHINA BRAND 28T

King Pin

JOST 2.00 or 3.5 inch bolt-in king pin

Suspension

Mechanical suspension/Germany or America   type/air suspension

Leaf Spring
