Fast Heat Cartridge Heater Elements for Extruder

Cartridge heater is mainly used for mould heating, and the small pipe diameter cartridge heating tube is often used in the instrument and household appliances. The cartridge heating tube diameter is similar to the mold hole size.


Structure:

Cartridge heating element is made from seamless stainless steel tube and high-resistance electric heating wire. The seamless stainless steel tube works as outside cover. The high resistance electric heating wire is for heating materials, We put the heating wire through stainless steel tube, then fill and compact around the heating wire with good insulation properties, high thermal conductivity and high purity magnesium oxide. So the product has high inherent power, high thermal efficiency, fast heat dissipation and so on.


Application:

Cartridge heating elements are often used in plastic packaging, small mould heating, analysis instrument, the cigarette industry, shoe industry, semiconductor eutectic welding heat input and free of water injection, die casting, all kinds of gas expansion refrigeration heating effect and so on.
