Introduction:

The fiberglass insulated wall panel is made of thermoplastic or thermosetting fiberglass reinforced skin (or Aluminum Skin) and heat insulation core material,

 

the UV resistant fiberglass reinforced skin gives smooth finish (or the Aluminum Skin gives grained finish) and make the surface very stiff, and the foam core material offers great heat insulation ability. Depending on costs and processes, the foam can be EPP, XPS, EPS and PU etc.

And before the laminating, plywood, tubes or even metal can be pre-embedded for customization to meet different requirements.

 

Dimensions and Colors:

1. Thicknesses:   30mm, 45mm and 70mm, 85mm, 105mm, 130mm or any other customizable thickness

2. Dimensions:    Up to 16.5m long and 3m wide, and any size can be customized

3. Colors:             RAL system or as customer requested

 

Features:

1.High heat insulation ability (0.025w/M.K)

2. High mechanical strength and good impact strength (CMT=0.18 MPa)

3. Remarkably easy to maintain and keep clean, quick to assemble with profiles

4. Corrosion resistance, Chemical resistant, Anti-UV, Flame Retardant etc.
