Drive in racking is designed for the storage of homogenous products. It accommodates large number of pallets for each SKU .This system makes better use of the available surface and height space than any other.


Each loading aisle has support trails on both sides. These are arranged on different levels and the pallets are placed on top. This racking system is made of extremely robust material thus making it suitable for storing fully –loaded pallets the drive in system has a greater storage capacity than pallet racking system. The illustrations show one facility with three different distributions and capacities.

Support arm

Jracking drive in pallet rack are load-increased and more stable supporting beam by using double-hook design.

Guide rail

By using visible upright protector which enhanced the effiency and security of storage, no connection between guide device and rail makes quickly switched when guide rail is broken; The width of 100m guide rail can effectively protect the rack.


Configuration

 

The size design of Drive in rack is very important, should not only consider the size of pallet, but also the forklift operation and actual operating space of the pallet.
