The Vatac Straight Through Type Diaphragm Valve can be used in situations where the flow direction changes within the system. The body of this design has a flat bottom that is parallel to the flow stream. This allows the flow to move uninhibited through the valve with no major obstructions. A flexible material is required for the diaphragm so that the mechanism can reach the bottom of the valve body; this can shorten the life span of the diaphragm. They are excellent for use with sludge, slurries and other viscous fluids but they are not well suited for high temperature fluids.

The valve is easily maintained in-line and there are no packing glands to maintain. The diaphragm is able to close over suspended solids. Pressure Ratings: ANSI #125 to 150, PN6~PN16

Standards compliance: MSS SP-88, BS 5356, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202 or equivalents.

Materials: Cast Iron, DI, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex or Other Specials. 

Diaphragm material: FEP(F46)/PTFE(F4)/PFA/PO/PE and etc.

Lining: FEP(F46)/PTFE(F4)/PFA/PO/PE and etc.

Ends Connections: Flanged ends according to international standard. 

Drive device: handle, electric, pneumatic etc.

Port: Regular bore
