IHF type Fluoroplastic lined chemical pumps are single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump, which are according to the international standard. The chemical pump is featured of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistant, high mechanical strength, that could convey medium temperature for - 85 °C - 200 °C etc.


Product features:

IHF chemcial pump's body is metal shell lining fep (F46); The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve all use metal insert outsourcing fluorine plastic whole sintering pressing forming. The shaft seal is external mounted bellows mechanical seal. Its characteristic is corrosion wear seal superior performance and reliable.


Product applications:

The IHF series chemcial pump is suitable for conveying any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidizing agent, organic solvents, reducing agent and severe condition of strong corrosive medium. Its biggest advantage is advanced structure reasonable, strong corrosion resistance, sealing performance close reliable, stable operation, low noise, long service life.
